Premium Refurbished Phones & Tech in Australia

Welcome to Refurbished Phones, your premier local destination for top tier, thoroughly tested mobile devices and personal tech right here in Australia. Based proudly in Melbourne, our focus is simple: providing premium refurbished smartphones at an unbeatable value, alongside our full commercial range of quality iPads, MacBooks,Laptops and more.

Buying your next device should not mean choosing between spending a fortune on a brand new model or taking a massive gamble on a sketchy second hand private sale. We bridge that gap by delivering professionally restored mobile phones and personal electronics that perform like new, but without the premium price tag.

Our Promises to You

We know that trust is everything when buying refurbished tech online. That is why we stand by our four core pillars to give you complete peace of mind:
24-Month Warranty

We have absolute confidence in our testing process, which is why every device comes backed by a comprehensive 24 month local warranty for long term confidence.
Free Express Shipping

We do not believe in making you wait for your new gear. We provide free express shipping Australia wide, with 90% of our orders packed and dispatched on the very same business day.
30-Day Returns

We want you to love your new device completely. If you change your mind, you can send it back within 30 days under our hassle free, no questions asked return policy.
Secure Payments

Your personal details are completely safe with us. Our system features a 100% encrypted checkout process to protect your data at every step.

Sustainability

Better for your pocket, better for the planet

Every time you choose a premium refurbished phone or laptop over a brand new one, you are actively helping to reduce electronic waste. By extending the lifespan of perfectly good hardware, we work together to keep quality technology in use and out of landfills. It is a smart choice that saves you heaps of money on your favorite tech brands while doing a bit of good for the environment.
