We want to get your device into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our items and how return shipping works.

Free express shipping Australia wide

We offer free express shipping across Australia on our orders. About 90% of our orders are dispatched on the very same business day, and the remaining orders are sent out within 1 business day. We will email a tracking number straight to you as soon as your package is on its way.

Free return label (Australia only)

For all returns and warranty claims, we provide a free prepaid return label within Australia via Australia Post. Our team will email this label to you after you get in touch with us. Simply print the label, fix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post outlet. Make sure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

If you live in a very remote location where no regular carrier service operates, or if you are outside Australia, you will need to arrange your own return shipping and cover the costs yourself. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Once the device arrives safely at our end, we will process your claim as normal.

Please remember that the device remains your full responsibility until it is successfully received and signed for at our Melbourne facility. Because of this, we strongly recommend getting transit insurance for any return shipments you send back to us.

Out of stock items

If an item happens to go out of stock after you have placed your order, we will get in touch straight away. You can choose to either take an alternative device or receive a full refund. The choice is completely yours.

Transit loss or damage

If we sent the item to you and something goes wrong during transit, please contact us immediately and we will sort it out for you.

If you are returning an item to us, the device is your responsibility until it physically reaches our Melbourne facility. We are not liable for any loss or damage that happens during return transit, which is why we highly recommend protecting your package with transit insurance.

Incorrect address details

Please double check your delivery address carefully at the checkout. We are unable to offer a refund if your order gets lost due to a wrong address provided to us. If a package is undeliverable and gets returned to us, we will hold it for 30 days while we try to contact you. After 30 days, the item may be disposed of without a refund.

Accessories and separate returns

Change of mind returns are not available for standalone accessories like cases, cables, chargers, power banks, and screen protectors, or any items with hygiene concerns such as earphones. If an accessory is faulty, it is fully covered by our 12 month warranty.

If you ever need to return a faulty accessory, please do not mix it in with a device return. Contact our team separately so we can manage it. Any accessories sent to us without an official request will not be processed.
